Absolutely. Our Starter plan is built for solo dentists. You get a full appointment calendar, patient records, and invoicing — everything you need to run your practice without the overhead of enterprise software.
Yes. We support CSV imports for patient records, and our support team can help with data migration from other dental software at no extra cost.
DentEase is designed to be intuitive — most clinics are up and running within an hour. We also provide a guided setup wizard, help documentation, and email support for any questions.
Your access continues uninterrupted while we retry the charge. We will notify you by email so you can update your payment method before any disruption.
You can switch plans or cancel anytime from the Plan tab. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep full access until then. Your existing data is kept when you downgrade: patients, branches, files, and dentist accounts you have already created stay accessible. You just cannot grow past the new tier limits until you are back under them. If you re-upgrade later, everything restores instantly.
Accounts beyond the new tier seat count are disabled — their data and history stay intact, but they cannot log in. You will choose which ones to keep active during the downgrade flow. Re-upgrading reactivates them.
Add-ons available on your new tier survive the downgrade. Add-ons not available on the new tier (for example, extra branches on Starter) are removed automatically. You will see the full impact before confirming the change.
You can fully evaluate DentEase before paying — for that reason, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong with a charge, contact our billing support team and we will make it right.
All payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never store your full card details on our servers.
